Gear New Comp-Tac TLR-6 Holsters Recoil Staff March 28, 2016 1 Comments, Join the Conversation Comp-Tac Victory Gear has announced a modification to their holster line consisting of three new holsters. Their goal is compatability with the Streamlight TLR-6 WML (Weapon Mounted Light). The TLR-6 is a subcompact pistol-mounted tactical light with an integrated red aiming laser designed to securely attach to the trigger guard. New models include the International with Light, MERC, and Infidel Max with Light. All three of these holsters now offer sizes for the following firearms with Streamlight TLR-6 attached: Glock 42 Glock 43 Glock 26/27 S&W M&P Shield Comp-Tac TLR-6 Holsters International with Light The International with Light is a popular OWB (Outside the Waistband), all-Kydex holster that comes with a belt mount, paddle mount and drop offset attachment. Designed to be worn at 3:00, they describe this holster as “perfect for competition shooting, concealed carry or general use”. MERC One of Comp-Tac's Kydex/Leather Hybrid holsters, the MERC, is an IWB (Inside the Waistband) Concealed Carry Holster. The leather backing offers what they say is the “ultimate in comfort”, while the polymer clips allow for a shirt to be tucked in over the holster. A tension adjustment screw holds the firearm securely and the clips offer ride depth and cant adjustment. Infidel Max with Light This all-Kydex, Inside the Waistband Concealed Carry holster provides cant adjustment holes to allow the user to change from a reverse cant, speed cant and FBI forward cant. The smooth, low friction surface is intended to allow for a fast draw and simple one-handed re-holstering of the firearm. They tell us the all-Kydex body will not bend or stretch over time and is impervious to sweat and solvents. The comp tac holster that accommodates the TLR-6 weapon light, I have a Glock 26 with a red dot optic also which looks like that holster accommodates that as well and just wanted to make sure it does for both.
