My question is, what is the benefit of the arm forward while shooting the AR? I've shot both ways and read your articles, I understand this technique when using a longer rifle. I operate with a 16" or smaller 11.6" AR in close, in control (ICIC). Although I understand the progression of training, after 29 years I'm always interested in the validity of new training. I'm also interested in it's application in battle not just because it looks cool. Long time operator, Military and now Law Enforcement.
