According to a recent announcement at the NRA Conference in Houston, Fabbrica D’Armi Pietro Beretta’s new PICO handgun will feature an integral laser-light combination from LaserMax. The Pico will be chambered in .380 ACP, but the shooter will be able to modify the weapon to .32 ACP with a barrel switch and quick-change dovetail sights.
“It was Beretta’s objective to provide the finest selection of enhancements to the cutting-edge Pico pistol platform and LaserMax is delighted to have been selected for the collaboration,” explained Jeff Mock, LaserMax VP of Engineering. “Our design teams worked extremely well together and the result was a fully-integrated system that we feel is far greater than the sum of its parts.”
Further customization will be available in the area of color, as modular frame options will include black, FDE (Flat Dark Earth), white and purple.
The base model Pico will MSRP at $399 and should begin shipping in August. For further news and updates, watch the Beretta USA Facebook page. They frequently post links to video stream announcements from the NRA show floor.
