Have you trained on this or given it any thought at all? Not from within a vehicle, mind you, but from someplace public – perhaps in the close confines of a restaurant.
Setting aside the goofiness they're enjoying at the end of the video (and preferably ignoring anything it might do to dilute the actual message), what do you think – how would you handle such an event? A fight in such a location is certainly not an impossibility – remember the San Ysidro McDonald's in '84 and the Luby's in 1991? What about the Wedgewood Baptist Church in 1999? What about the Salon Meritage in 2011? Unfortunately many ranges are not equipped to allow realistic, contextual training, but that doesn't prevent dryfire, SIRT guns, airsoft or just mental rehearsals.
