Just when you'd thought you'd seen everything.

Heizer Defense made a lot of noise, figuratively and literally, when they introduced this guy. While AR-15 based it isn't, the Heizer Defense PAR1 does indeed shoot 5.56 (albeit not quite as fast as your Mk18).

They're also promising another addition to the line come the 2015 SHOT Show. Here's what they have to say about it:

Heizer Defense is excited to announce the shipping of the new PAR1 “Pocket AR Pistol” in .223. The pistol is the next caliber offering in the Heizer Defense Pocket Pistol Family. The pistols are multi-caliber with interchangeable barrels. Accessory barrels and a number of new caliber offerings will be launched throughout 2015.
Eric Polkis, Director of Sales at Heizer Defense noted “The PAR1 Pocket AR Pistol has had an unbelievable response from the industry; as well as from consumers. We have a small IPhone-sized pistol chambered in .223, it is a fun gun to shoot and there is simply nothing like it on the market.”

To learn more, visit Heizer Defense here or connect with them on Facebook here. You know, if you want. This could be the perfect partner for that Desert Eagle you've been wanting to dual wield.
