Browning has expanded on its line of flashlights with the Hellcat. The Hellcat is a white light flashlight with a brightness of 610 lumens, designed for deer hunters. The Hellcat is also equipped with three green LEDs for a stealthier option of lighting that’s less likely to frighten your prey (and in many situations is easier to use for navigation). It’s submersible to three feet for up to 30 mintues, so you're less likely to be up the creek if you…well, if you drop it in the creek.
The Hellcat is available in any color you want as long as it’s black.
Here are the details from Browning.
Designed for deer hunters. This is an extremely unique flashlight in today's market. The primary difference is that with the Hellcat you have a slider indicator instead of a toggle button. You can put it on bright or another setting and then all you have to do is turn it off and on using the button on the tail cap of the light. You can predetermine the light before you actually have light.
Where it comes in handy. This is especially useful if you are wanting to use the green light are in a stealthy situation and want to avoid drawing attention to yourself with the white light or limiting your field of view with too bright of a light. Put it on the green setting and you won't have any surprises. The green light is also very handy since it won't disturb game like white light does.
Top technology. With the Hellcat you have long runtimes especially at the low setting. It is waterproof & submersible (ANSI FL 1 IPX7) plus is extra durable with the all-aluminum construction with rugged PC lens. It has been drop-tested to 1m (ANSI FL 1). No wonder this is such a perfect flashlight for hunters who are setting up in the dark and hunt in tough conditions.
