New Weaponlight and Red Dot Sight Mounts from Bobro Engineering

This past weekend the 3rd Triggrcon was held in Bellevue, Washington. The two-day event featured 130 vendors including Bobro Engineering. This year, Bobro brought two new products to showcase at Triggrcon.

Last year, Bobro introduced an M-LOK mounting system that used a simple dial to attach an accessory rail to M-LOK compatible handguards. This year an M-LOK SureFire Scout mount was introduced, featuring the same dial configuration. In addition to the QD dial configuration, the mount also pivots, allowing an end-user to choose the angle at which they want to mount their light.

It was explained that this ability was useful to a variety of users, such as those who equip their rifle with the B.E. Meyers MAWL. The pivoting Scout mount is also available in a fixed mount configuration, which utilizes the standard method for attaching accessories to an M-LOK rail. The mounts also support the Streamlight Protac series and the new offerings from Modlight. QD versions are listed at $78.00 and the fixed versions at $60.00 on Bobro's website.

Bobro also wheeled out a mounting plate for the SIG P320 M17 that is designed for RMRs. The M17 has a removable plate that reveals a cutout for the DeltaPoint Pro. Bobro created a replacement plate that has a Delta Point Pro footprint on the bottom but is designed to mount a Trijicon RMR. On top of that, the replacement plate has an integrated backup iron sight, allowing users to retain iron sights on their pistol. It's compatible with front sights that measure in the .375-inches territory.

The plate is made of 7075 aluminum to add some additional strength and can be used for iron sights only. The mount will include a stainless steel sealing plate and fasteners. Expected MSRP is $100 and will be available on the website soon.
