In 2000, co-founders Laura and Scott Jordan realized there was a major disconnect between apparel designers and the consumers who actually wear the clothing. Scott depended on Laura and her purse to carry all of his gadgets and gear but after she had enough of it, he had to find a new way. A man purse was not an option for Scott, so he decided to solve the problem for himself and in doing so, solved it for everyone else. What he created was an “eVest” (a fisherman’s vest with extra pockets), but over the years SCOTTeVEST has evolved into a full line for men and women including stylish hoodies, pants, jackets and even boxer shorts.
