This is the “Compact Carbine Case” from Orca Arms. It is, as you can see, designed to carry a broken down AR carbine. One side of the case is configured to fit the upper receiver, the other to fit the lower. Online the description reads that it's for a 16″ barrel, but the rifle in the case here has a 16.1″ barrel plus a Troy Claymore flash hider so it can obviously go just a little longer. Both are secured to the interior by 6 removable straps.
There are a lot of rifle bags out there, some really good, some you should be embarrassed to own. What sets this particular bag apart from most other bags that I know of is the use of Plume Vires in its construction (Tyr Tactical does; there may be others I'm unaware of). Plume Vires (PV – it's Latin for Feather Strength) is a lightweight material that combines Aramid and Cordura, resulting in a stronger, much tougher hybrid. The manufacturer advises PV averages 20% lighter and 7-10x more abrasion resistant than MilSpec 1000D Cordura.
Inside the bag are a removable divider to keep the halves from rubbing, 2 mag pouches with adjustable lids (2 x M4 or 1 x AK), a zippered mesh utility pouch and a zippered 7″x10″ zippered flat pocket behind the mag and mesh pouches. Outside there is a carry handle and removable backpack style shoulder straps as well as a hook and loop panel. The inside of the case is Velcro lined 500D Cordura.
