POF-USA Glock Slides Now Shipping

Patriot Ordnance Factory USA is best known for its stylish AR-15 accessories, parts, and rifles; but POF-USA is forging a new path into Glock slides.

The Arizona based company announced its new G-Series Gentlemen’s Slides made for Glock 17 and 19 pistols are ready to ship.The Gentlemen’s Slides ramp up the standard Glock looks, offering a sleeker style with a black anodized finish.

The G-Series slides are crafted from 17-4 stainless steel and nitride heat treated. This design, according to POF-USA, offers durability and resistance to environmental factors such as moisture. The stripped pistol upper comes in four total configurations spanning both the Gen. 3 and Gen. 4 G17 and G19 pistols.

Though the G-Series does come stripped, free from all internal components, POF-USA outfits the upper with a Trijicon RMR Red Dot Plate. Additionally, the slides ship with a cover and mounting hardware for the popular red dot optic.

POF-USA first teased the Glock designs on social media in the fall, posting pictures of the new digs to the delight of Glock hoarders. The company said the slides would soon replace the factory set-up on G17, G19, and G34 handguns. POF-USA followed that up with an announcement just before Christmas informing fans that the Gentlemen’s Slides for both the G17 and G19 were rolling out of the factory. No word yet on when the G34 will follow its compadres out the factory doors.

Glock fans who prefer decking out their favorite polymer pistol with accoutrements that rival the cost of the actual gun itself, will find POF-USA’s G-Series Gentlemen’s Slides fit the bill with a MSRP of $499.
