Savage Announces Lineup of Redesigned AXIS XP Rifles

Previously, Savage introduced their “extra accessory package” guns—or “XP” for short. This lineup included appropriately-sized, pre-mounted and bore-sighted scopes with each rifle, allowing customers to take their new rifle from the box directly to the range or the field.

For 2019, all AXIS XP package guns have been upgraded with the newly-redesigned synthetic stock with length of pull adjustments. Both the AXIS XP and AXIS Camo XP versions are available with compact stocks. AXIS XP rifles come equipped with 3-9x40mm Weaver scopes mounted and bore-sighted. AXIS XP rifles have a starting MSRP of $415.

AXIS XP rifles have been upgraded with a new stock design that features a fresh look with improved ergonomics. The rifle is ready to shoot, right out of the box, thanks to a factory-mounted and bore-sighted Weaver 3-9x40mm scope. The rifle achieves accuracy far beyond its price from the button-rifled barrel, thread-in headspacing, floating boat head and more.
