Team Caracal’s “JJ” Racaza took second place in his first competition shooting a Caracal pistol. Racaza shot the Caracal F in the Production Division of the Ecuador Open 2012 held in Guayaquil, Ecuador on July 7th and 8th.
“I had very little practice time with the Caracal F before this match and had only put about 1,200-rounds downrange before coming to Ecuador. The Caracal F functioned perfectly for me and it was great to get some real competitive time on the gun,” said Racaza.
The Ecuador Open was comprised of 16 stages over the weekend event. Racaza claimed a second place Overall win with his score of 1358.744 totaling 99.99% of the overall winner's score.
Team Caracal’s next competition is the Bolo Cup on July 12-15 in the Philippines.
