Our friend SuperSetCA has released his latest tongue-in-cheek masterpiece, 7 Shooters You Know. It details 7 shooters you might see on any particular weekend at an action shooting match.
Competitive shooting is great fun, and it's also a fantastic way to sharpen your skill set. Action shooting matches provide a venue for you to move and shoot at multiple targets. Depending on the match you're shooting, the courses of fire can be quite complex, presenting a variety of problems to solve. They will test your weapons manipulation skills, as well as your ability to balance speed and accuracy — i.e. shooting a stage as quickly as possible while getting all your hits.
You also meet a lot of fun people at matches, and many a strong friendship have been forged while shooting together. There are also a ton of interesting personalities at matches. And some of the most distinctive characters are folks like those depicted in this video. Are you one of these guys? How many of them end up on your squad every time you compete in a match?
