Blue Force Gear (BFG) has introduced BELTminus, a light weight war belt featuring BFG's patent pending MOLLEminus technology. MOLLEminus uses BFG's proprietary ULTRAcomp laminate that's thickness is half of a dime, but four times abrasion resistant compared to air textured nylon.
“We’ve gone back to the basics with BELTminus.” said Ashley Burnsed, Blue Force Gear’s CEO. “The classic belt kit had a lot to offer the modern warrior but the concept needed updating. We applied our MOLLEminus technology to bring the belt kit into the 21st century, making it the lightest modular system available.”
The BELTminus is compatible with MOLLE pouches and BFG's Helium Whisper attachment system for those looking to keep things light weight. Retail price is $120.00 for the BELTminus low profile version without shoulder padding, with shoulder padding the price increases to $160.00.
