Kel-Tec has introduced its CL-43 Flashlight, which they have developed to use with a firearm. The CL-43 is rated at 420 lumens, and machined from extruded 6061 aluminum. The exterior features Kel-Tec's patented nonslip pattern common with its firearms. Surfaces are either hard-coat anodized or Cerakoted.
The CL-43 features a Cree XP-G LED, offers constant on and momentary functions, and a rearward-click push button switch. MSRP is $140.00, and available in five colors; Tactical: Black, OD green and Desert tan, Safety: orange and yellow.
Power is supplied via three CR123 Lithium batteries. With a separate adapter, standard AA batteries can be utilized, however, at an increase in length of the system. With the addition of a separate attachment, the CL-43 can also be mounted to a MIL-Spec Picatinny. An integrated belt clip and lanyard ring add to the versatility of the system.
