NEW from Staccato comes the latest edition to the HD lineup, the C3.6! A compact carry-sized 2011 built on the HD platform that uses Glock magazines instead of traditional 2011 mags, the C3.6 sports an aluminum frame, shortened grip, modified grip texture, 15-round Mec Gar magazines, and comes optics-ready using Staccato’s HD HOST optic system. “We built the HD line to deliver the most technologically advanced and thoroughly tested version of the 2011 platform to date,” said Paul Smith, VP of Product for Staccato. “After introducing full-sized models earlier this year, we set out to create a compact option that preserves duty-grade performance while expanding carrying options and user confidence. The HD C3.6 is the result.” FEATURES: Aluminum frame with a shortened grip module and carry texture. Ambidextrous controls. HD HOST optic-mounting system. Improved recoil system. Active firing-pin block. Glock pattern magazine compatibility. MSRP of $2,299. ON THE RANGE We got to see the C3.6 in action a little early at a National Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors Association (NLEFIA) red dot class. Performance was flawless, and precision was amazing. All of the best features of the HD line in a smaller platform, great for concealed carry. Built for 15-round magazines and coming with two Mec Gar metal mags, the C3.6 is an ideal balance between capacity and concealability. Drop safe, impressive trigger, and highly accurate, the C3.6 is a great addition to the Staccato HD line for anyone looking for a compact pistol to conceal carry daily.
