Rossi has issued a voluntary safety notice for several of their .38 Special and .357 Magnum revolvers made between 2005 and 2017. If the affected models are dropped, they can fire when dropped under certain circumstances.
The warning applies to model R351, R352, R461, R462, R851, R971, and R972 that were produced between 2005 and 2017. The serial numbers of affected revolvers will start with the letter Y, Z, or A through K.
