SureFire broadens its weapon mounted product line, adding the XC2-A to its laser/light combo packages. The XC2-A is a compact sight outputting 300 lumens of white light as well as 635nm of red laser. Mounting to Universal-rail-equipped handguns, the XC2-A runs everything from a single AAA battery.
About the new XC2-A system, SureFire said:

Its compact body is constructed of lightweight but strong aerospace aluminum with a Mil-Spec hard anodized finish, so the XC2 is rugged enough for everyday carry. Ambidextrous switching provides both momentary-and constant-on activation for precision control.”
