Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg star in this action picture about two operatives from competing bureaus who must team up for their mutual benefit and survival. The hijinks kicks up when an attempt to take down a drug cartel blows up in their faces, and the two undercover operatives (unaware that the other is a federal agent) are forced to go on the run together.
