And the Horse We Rode In On

The editorial staff and contributors of RECOIL, OFFGRID and CONCEALMENT spend a lot of time traveling. We attend training, we visit compelling places, we wind up in interesting situations.

As you can see above, some of them are more improbable than others. Across the continental United States to Europe, Asia and far Araby, one of the best parts of the job are the people we meet and the places we go. Some are mundane, others less so, all of it suits the spirit of adventure — and occasionally of service.

Our next sojourn is rapidly approaching, though this one is a little different than others in that some of our lads and lasses will be reporting while others are actually providing the instruction. Should be interesting. Many of our valued industry partners are supporting the endeavor with equipment, moral support and in at least one case a bottle of good whiskey.
