Kinetic Research Group released its Bravo Chassis on Black Friday, officially opening up orders and prepping shipments.
Starting with two inlet options, Bravo Chassis is available for the Remington 700 Short Action or Tikka T3. Utilizing a polymer forend with a full length aluminum backbone, the chassis offers a lightweight system weighing just over 2-pounds. KRG says the feature rich chassis is designed to offer a high quality feel without completely breaking the bank.
The chassis includes KRG’s 1-3 LOP spacer stack kit for an adjustable length of pull. The kit comes with three spacers and the hardware to mount either 1, 2, or 3 allowing for a max length of pull of roughly 14-inches. The setup also boasts M-LOK slots on the sides and bottom of the forend as well as mounting points for external QD cup on the buttstock. Additional features include a tool-less cheekpiece height adjustment and built-in thumbshelf for same-side-thumb-grip shooters. The Bravo Chassis is built to accommodate 5 or 10 round AICS mags.
Offering a modular design, the Bravo works with KRG’s X-Ray and Whiskey-3 back ends with either fitting the Bravo. KRG accommodations also include compatibility with the company’s Spigot Mount, which can be added to the front of the chassis.
KRG opened up ordering to Black Friday shoppers, listing the Bravo at $349 for the short action Remington 700 and $389 for the Tikka T3. KRG says consumers can expect to see the ever popular and never surprising FDE color scheme hitting the lineup soon in addition to a long action option for the R700. MSRP for the Remington 700 Long Action has not been revealed.
