A8 Slimline Features:

  • Pivot thrust bearings
  • HRD (Hoback Roller Detent)
  • Engineered internal lightening pockets (less weight, but the same strength)
  • Standard sizes on all screws
  • Hardened steel bearing races

This folder is available in Stonewash, Black DLC, and Fallout Black DLC finishes.

MSRP: from $595

TALIM COMBATIVES FIXED BLADE SYSTEM

Jake Hoback Knives refers to the Talim Combatives Fixed Blade System as a “purpose-built hand-to-hand combat tool.” The blade was designed to cut through just about any type of material while also retaining the ability to cut flesh in hand-to-hand situations.

The system includes a live blade, an aluminum training blade, and sheaths for each.

Talim Combatives Fixed Blade System Features:

  • The live blade is extremely sharp
  • Press-fit handles to 1/16th of an inch into the blade and then glued in place with high-temperature tolerant rubberized adhesive
  • The handles are 3D textured and contoured to aid in grip and comfort
  • A curved and contoured pommel for fast draw times from the sheath
  • The training blade is half an inch shorter than the live blade, the shorter length of the training blade assists in preventing training deficiencies when striking a target
  • The sheath system is built for speed and retention under most circumstances

The Talim Combatives Fixed Blade System is available in titanium or stainless steel, with inlays of either carbon fiber or G10.

MSRP: $550 in titanium and $500 in steel
