New from CMMG is the DISSENT line of pistols!
Using CMMG’s patent-pending Compact Action the DISSENT will feature a 6.5” barrel AR-15 pistol design that does NOT use a buffer assembly!
Available in 5.56 NATO, 300 BLK, and 5.7x28mm every DISSENT comes with a 5.5” free-floating handguard, 2 magazines, and a non-reciprocating forward side charging handle.
While shipped and sold as a pistol, the DISSENT will feature a 1913 rail on the rear of the action to accept a compatible brace or stock — note that adding a stock to this would make it a short-barreled rifle and NFA law will apply.
Weighing in at only 4.6 lbs with an overall length (without brace/stock) of just 14.7” this might be the most packable AR-15 ever made.
And just to top it all off, the DISSENT will use a TriggerTech AD-D 2-stage trigger that has been specially designed to ensure optimal performance.
