It is, evidently, a new way seal your beverage in a bottle. They've gotten rid of the conventional threads, replacing them with a unique design that allows a thirsty user to open their drink one handed. You simply pess the child safety button on the top and click the release buttons on the side to pop the cap right off. To close it back up, just replace the cap and pull up on the ring by the child safety button. This seals the cap in place. The bottle is vacuum insulated and contains copper reflectors in the vacuumed space for addition insulation.
