Galil ACE (GAP39) Recalled

This is not a safety issue recall.

Iwi US , the United States subsidiary of Israel Weapon Industries Ltd., is advising us they're recalling those Galil ACE GAP39 pistols that have a receiver with a 3-pin/3-hole fire control group. Although the weapon does not fire automatically, the BATFE has decreed a 3-pin fire control are by definition machine gun receivers.

You gotta send 'em back or replace them.

All FFL or consumer owner of a GAP39 must return their firearm to IWI US inc. immediately for a full refund or opt for a replacement 2-pin pistol within 120 days. For full information on how to obtain your replacement or refund, read the instructions here.
