Go Learn: PAUL-E-PALOOZA 3 coming up fast

PAUL-E-PALOOZA 3, a memorial training conference to benefit the children of the late Paul E. Gomez, is now less than 2 months away. If you can get to the Southington Hunt Club Training Facility in Garrettsville, OH to attend I can guarantee it will be worth your time, money and effort — plus it's for a great cause.

The conference will be August 15th and 16th; classes will run from 8:00 am to 5:15 pm (08h00-17h30L) each day. Why should you go?

In order to maximize learning potential with this unique gathering of talent, we are told 2- and 4-hour blocks of instruction will be conducted from 8:00am to 5:15pm daily on simultaneous tracks. Attendees will be e-mailed a detailed program schedule for enrollment in specific blocks. Attendance at all courses is “first-come-first served” and instructors reserve the right to limit class size in the interest of safety and comfort.

Registration for the conference is $300, with the proceeds going to the Paul E. Gomez Children’s Trust, dedicated to the support and education of Paul’s beloved children. Registration is limited based on the size of the facility and demand is high, so you're probably gonna want to register ASAP.

Travel Information: Garrettsville, OH, is approximately 50 miles southeast of Cleveland. Multiple connecting flights are available daily into Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) and Akron Canton Airport (CAK), each roughly 50 miles from the training site. There are also campsites available at the Conference site for RV (with utility hookups) and tents (with shower and restroom facilities). If you're interested in camping you'll need to send an e-mail after registration ([email protected]).

Note that Saturday night there will be an auction, bonfire, and celebration of Paul’s life. In that auction will be “…various highly desirable goodies for the discerning tacticophile will be conducted; proceeds to enrich the Children’s Trust. Bring yo’ wallet, friends ’n’ neighbors because the gettin' has been good!”
