Lone Wolf Distributors unveiled the latest addition to its product lineup, introducing the new AlphaWolf Pistol Caliber Carbine.

Chambered in .45 ACP, the Lone Wolf design is built from billet 6061 T6 aluminum and utilizes a monolithic lower receiver with the intention of delivering accuracy, strength, and reliability, according to the company. A short stroke, gas piston operated system the AlphaWolf features a rotating bolt assembly. Lone Wolf says AR pistol fans can expect to see an overall smoother and cleaner shooting experience with less felt recoil from the gas set-up.

Equipped with a threaded 16-inch barrel, the patent pending PCC provides a thread pitch of .578×28 and ships with its own thread protector. The AlphaWolf system comes with standard AR/M4 fire controls, so AR shooters can revel in the familiarity (and also transition to the PCC with little fuss or extra training needed.)

It wouldn’t be tactical if it wasn’t sporting M-LOK and the AlphaWolf sure doesn’t want to disappoint. The PCC comes outfitted with a M-LOK rail system, so throw on that light or laser.

Lone Wolf says the entire rifle is 100-percent American made.

“We have exciting news! Riding on the success of our very popular G9 carbine; we are mixing things up with the release of a new carbine, chambered in .45 ACP,” Lone Wolf said in a statement announcing the new PCC. “Along with a new caliber; a new name and a new operating system is being featured.”

The AlphaWolf PCC ships in two configurations — pistol and carbine — with one Glock 13-round magazine included.

Though the AlphaWolf is currently up for pre-sale, Lone Wolf is offering a tiered pricing system with the new PCC. Its first production run is up for grabs for $874. Each production run after that will see an increase of $100, with the price eventually topping out at $1,174. Lone Wolf expects to start shipping the AlphaWolf PCC sometime in mid-February.
