New PHLster OWB Floodlight Holster Announced

Published by
Patrick Roberts

PHLster has built quite a following over the last several years with its Spotlight and Floodlight holsters. As you might expect, PHLster fans have been pressuring them to offer an OWB to round out their lineup. The PHLster OWB Floodlight has arrived.

The new holster will fit just about any pistol as long as you have either a Surefire X300 A/B or a Streamlight TLR-1 mounted.

Rather than make shooters who prefer the Streamlight TLR-1 wait for their holster, PHLster has launched the OWB Floodlight for both major pistol lights right out of the gate.

Both models are made from thicker 0.093-inch Kydex giving the OWB Floodlight more rigidity than the IWB version, a welcome addition given the likelihood of the holster or pistol to get bumped against something.

The holster will ship with a Blade-Tech Tek Lok installed but if you prefer Safariland or G-Code belt attachments, it's compatible with those as well.

Also included with the OWB Floodlight holster is three spacer kits that allow you to adjust the holster to your pistol of choice rather than use the shock cord they used on the original Floodlight holster.

The PHLster OWB Floodlight will set you back $119 for either model. You can find more information about the PHLster product line as well as place an order on the PHLster website.

More from PHLster:

The OWB Floodlight brings universality from concealment to the range. Compatible with Blade Tech, G-Code, Blackhawk, and Safariland attachments, as well as a number of popular competition hangers, the OWB Floodlight is AMBIDEXTROUS and adjustable to fit just about any pistol capable of mounting a Surefire X300 or Streamlight TLR-1.

The OWB Floodlight includes a Blade Tech Tek Lok belt attachment and three adjustment hardware kits to achieve the best fit on your pistol. The hardware kits are color coded, to keep the appropriate screw lengths with their respective spacers.

The OBW Floodlight is compatible with slide mounted optics, suppressor sights, and muzzle devices, making it perfect for range, training, competition, and light duty use.
