Pistol Reload Methodology with Bill Blowers

Coming to you from the Primary and Secondary YouTube Page, Bill Blowers of Tap-Rack Tactical talks reloading pistols. Specifically, he covers the pluses and minuses of five different ways to bring the slide back into battery.

They are:
-Manual Manipulation of the Slide
-Support-Side thumb releases slide
-Dominant thumb releases slide
-Inertia Drop Due to Aggressive Insertion (Spoiler Alert: Bill hates that one)
-Inertia Drop/Dominant Thumb Combination

After a short discussion on each point, he then breaks out the shot timer to test the speed of each methodology—but we won't ruin the results for you. Give it a quick watch below:

He has planned, or participated in, over 1000 missions and has in excess of 5000 documented training hours. Bill holds instructor certifications in a variety of topics and is the primary instructor in ALL Tap-Rack courses.
