Learn More Thomas Jefferson once said, “I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.” I happen to agree, within a certain context — maybe it also applies to firearms? Rebel Arms Corp, manufacturer of the Rebel RBR-30, is located in Pennsylvania, which you history buffs will recall has a long tradition of weapon manufacturing. Martin Meylan and Peter Leman didn't live in New York, nor did Roeser, Albrecht, Folecht or Stenzel. They were in Pennsylvania. But I digress. Point is, Rebel Arms recently announced the release of their new .308 rifle and we thought you might want to take a look at it. Image courtesy of Rebel Arms Here’s what they say about it. Rebel RBR-30 Rebel Arms Corp is excited to introduce the all NEW REBEL RBR-30 .308 Rifle. After several years of Research and Development we are releasing what we believe to be one of the most well rounded .308 AR-10 platform rifles on the market. We have worked hard with several of the industries leading machine shops and engineers to develop this performance based battle rifle. The Rebel RBR-30 has many of the same attributes that our RBR AR-15 rifle has but in a heavier hitting, longer range platform. Some of the features we have included are ambidextrous controls, premium 416R nitride barrel and enhanced bolt carrier group, ambi-charging Handle, 15″ keymod rail for improved ergonomics and suppressor ready muzzle device. Please note due to the precise machining of the RBR-30 receiver sets, the upper and lower are not designed to fit with any other AR .308 platforms. The REBEL RBR-30 also fits SR-25 patten magazines.
