Learn More Microtech Knives was founded in 1994 by Anthony Marfione in Vero Beach Florida. After growing substantially and occupying multiple business buildings, the company relocated to Bradford Pennsylvania in 2005. The company was built on the following mission: To attain and maintain extremely high quality knives. Their mission further includes the intention that “…each customer receive[s] the highest quality knife that money can buy”. In addition to Microtech Knives, Anthony also founded Marfione Custom Knives, which features many of his hand-crafted custom knives not available with Microtech. More on those later. Microtech now consists of a team of designers and technicians that manufacture everything in the US using only US parts, material, and labor. 95% of their parts are created “by us, not for us”. There are several types of knives manufactured by Microtech, including fixed blades, double action OTF, Folding (manual and auto), daggers, balisong’s. You will also see a variety of different handle types, carrying choices, and blade options. You can see what knives are available for purchase through Microtech on their website or Facebook page.
