• The boiling vessel on the left is sealed with a bung, which is essential for transporting the water.
• The Water boils due to the induction hob, heating up the stainless steel base. Steam pressure is produced, forcing the water out of the vessel and into the stainless steel filter, brewing the user a perfect beverage.
• There is a milk vessel which lifts out from the tray, is cooled overnight/ throughout the day with the bespoke peltier cooler.
• Sealed drawer with a removable divider in the middle for sugar and other necessities.

Other special aspects about The Barisieur is that it’s easy to use with tea or coffee and its glassware and stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe. It’s efficient, since it uses induction heating creating a more efficient boiling time and safe because the heating surface stays cool. What’s also neat is that you can store milk or cream in a glass holder that will remain cool all night or day and hidden on the side is a USB port to charge your phone or MP3 player.
