Learn More If you're interested in learning more about Federal Firearms Laws, consider tuning in today to ‘Line of Fire Radio‘, a part of the Freedom Phalanx Network. They'll be discussing Title 18, Chapter 44 Section 922 R USC (United States Code), defined further by Title 27 Part 478.39 of the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR). From Line of Fire Radio: What this code addresses is imported firearms (mostly foreign battle rifles) like the AK47, SKS, FAL, and Shotguns (just to name a few). Unknowingly installing certain parts and accessories on the aforementioned firearms can be illegal under the law if you don’t understand the law (which is easier said than done). If you look at Section 922(r) and the compliance factors involved it is very confusing and convoluted to say the least. This show is not about legal advice; it is our personal understanding of the law as regular citizens. If you have any legal questions that require professional advice regarding anything presented on the show, please consult with your own LEGAL COUNSEL or a FEDERALLY LICENSED FIREARMS DEALER. As always, we will also be discussing other firearms related topics addressing, but not limited to current Anti-Gun events and legislative Douchebaggery [sic] that is happening around the country. Remember, Line of Fire Radio’s main focus is firearms, firearms training; firearms technical topics, and all legal issues related to firearms. So, if you have any firearms related questions we would like to hear from you! Please feel free to call the show and join the conversation!
