MRO Goes Green At NRAAM 2018, Trijicon released a green dot version of its well-known MRO. Everyone's eyesight varies, and some people see green brighter and easier than red. Trijicon also says the green dot offers “a greater contrast against forest, grassland, and jungle environments.” The Trijicon MRO Green dot intensity can be adjusted to eight brightness settings, including two night vision-compatible modes. Differences Among the Tiny Trijicon Red Dots Other than the dot color change, the differences between the red dot version are minimal. Due to a different coating on the objective lens, the green dot uses more battery life than the Trijicon MRO Red Dot.
