Learn More TOPS Knives told us recently they’ve got a couple of their Tom Brown knives now available in a new color, finish and handle option. Even if you’re not an enthusiast, these knives sure look sharp (see what we did there?). Here’s what TOPS Knives says. TOPS: 2 New Tom Brown Tracker Knives The Tom Brown Tracker is one of the most iconic, recognizable knife designs out there. Since 2003, TOPS Knives has been the only company entrusted by Tom Brown to make the knife. TOPS has finally decided to offer it in another color. The Tracker #1 has been available with a tan blade and green handles since 2014 and now the Tracker #2 and Tracker #4 are following suit. They each have a Coyote Tan Cerakote finish with Green Canvas Micarta handles and a tan Kydex sheath to complete the look. This is of, if not the first ‘one-tool option’ knives ever designed. The number of uses that it can accomplish reduces the need for additional tools out in the field, which is invaluable for those that know what it’s like to carry their gear over long periods of time. It’s the same great design with the same great functionality, but now with a thinner, smoother blade coating (Cerakote). The Tom Brown Tracker is a full tang piece with a thumb groove and finger groove handle. TOPS also told us to expect the Lionessess to follow suit sometime in the near future. TOPS Knives was founded in 1998 when they set out to make some seriously high quality pieces. They think of their products as tools and they are able to boast about their designers having vast and diverse backgrounds, thus bringing unique perspectives to their creations. Their facility is located in the Rocky Mountains. You can find the link to the Tom Brown Tracker #2 here and the #4 here.
