Gear Action Target Introduces Game Series Paper Targets Patrick Roberts September 26, 2018 Join the Conversation The new Game Series paper targets from Action Target might be what you need to spice up your range sessions with a bit more fun. Each target includes unofficial rules for playing the target game. Action Target's line up of game should have something for everyone with nearly 20 different game targets. Classic board games are represented with the Ocean Battle target that mimics the classic board game Battleship. The object of this particular game is to sink your opponent's ships by hitting the orange spots on the ship. Action Target's unofficial rules for this game suggest that each player get 3 shots per round but you can alter those rules to better suit the player's skill level. If you are looking for a nostalgic video game target, maybe the fluorescent colored Alien Invasion target is what you need. Rules for this game are pretty self-explanatory, shoot the invaders in the face. Action Target has the Game Series targets on their website with an MSRP starting at $1.12 per target with volume discounts that can make them as cheap as .36 per target if 1,000 are ordered. More from Action Target: PROVO, UTAH – – Action Target Inc., the leading manufacturer of modern shooting ranges, steel targets and shooting supplies, has announced the launch of Game Series paper targets, which bring an added element of competition and entertainment to target shooting. Inspired by arcade games, wildlife hunting, carnival entertainment, tabletop gaming and team sports such as hockey and baseball, the new Game Series paper targets create a riveting and interactive shooting experience. The target designs are vibrant and nostalgic to appeal to the shooter’s sense of amusement. Various targets, such as ‘Alien Invasion’ and ‘Anatomy Training’, employ fluorescent colors, allowing ranges to amplify the game experience through the incorporation of black lights. Each target includes unofficial rules for game play. The object of the ‘Ocean Battle’ target, for example, is to be the first player to sink his or her opponents’ ships by shooting the target rings on the ships. The rules suggest that each player is given 3 shots per round. “Range owners are always looking for opportunities to make shooting more exciting and engaging. The Game Series paper targets promote participation and competition among guests while they hone their shooting skills.
