LEAKED: Vortex Razor HD Gen III 1-10 LPVO Scope

While the upcoming Vortex Razor HD Gen III 1-10 LPVO has been rumored to be an upcoming SHOT 2020 reveal, there hasn't been enough information to support its existence until now.

Recently some dealer sell sheets have surfaced, but tips coming from dealers aren't always to be trusted as we saw from the Glock leaks with the faked single stack 10mm screenshot.

Some of the information on the sell sheet matches the rumors that have been floating around like the 1-10 magnification range and it being first focal plane.

While the eye relief measurement dropped from 4 inches to 3.6 inches at max power, many of the other specs are the same as the outgoing Gen II-E model.

Vortex is rolling out two new reticles for the Gen III LPVO which should work well given the wide magnification range from CQB distances all the way out to beyond 1k yards.

It wasn't until B&H Photo accidentally broke the embargo date by listing the new Razor HD Gen III on their website that we took the sell sheets seriously. The B&H listing had the correct part number for the EBR-9 BDC reticle but no other information beyond that.

No official MSRP has been released as of this time but the B&H listing has it priced at $1,999.99, the same as the current Razor HD Gen II-E.

The expected official release date is closer to SHOT Show with a good possibility that the official word will be in the next week or so. Keep an eye on the Vortex Instagram page as well as the Vortex website for official info as it drops.
