Zev Tech goes High-Octane with Sig Sauer

If you are familiar with Zev Tech, you know what you're getting into. An icon in the high-end Glock market, Zev has been working behind the scenes to launch a new series of complete pistols along with slides, barrels and sights for the industry-rocking Sig Sauer lineup. Each includes what you'd expect from ZEV: a blend of performance and aesthetics fit for the showroom, and the range.

Handguns

Starting with two full-ZEV pistols are the Z320 XCompact and XCarry models, which correspond 1-to-1 with their Sig OEM counterparts. Both sport a suite of contemporary features: slide lightening cuts that balance weight and reliability, an RMR-ready plate system, a DLC coated, match-grade barrel, and brand-iconic stippling. Coming in at 22.3 oz, the XCarry holds 17 rounds, and the XCompact follows at 21 oz, with a 15-round capacity. Fiber Optic sights top each slide, and the triggers come flat faced.

In Addition

Advantaging the shooter with options, ZEV Tech's slide and barrel options for Sig pistols cover the bases well. Each slide is pre-cut for specific optics: prioritizing the Shield RMSc, Sig Romeo Zero, and Holosun HS407K on the 365 models, and Trijicon's RMRs for the 320 slides. Available in DLC Black, or Gray, the slides will need sights and internals before fielding. SIG-compatible sights include a fiber optic front post and serrations to reduce glare. Iconically dimpled in the ZEV styling, each PRO barrel is DLC coated.

With the success of Sig Sauer's P320 and P365 series cemented by the rise of aftermarket upgrades and modifications, ZEV Tech has put their skin in the game with a thorough lineup. We appreciate the options, and Zev's choice to include more slides and barrels than what comes on the Z320's. As it stands, the Sig-Zev collaboration looks more than merely promising.
